My iLok is lost/broken/stolen - how do I get my licences back?

If your iLok has been lost, stolen or broken, the first thing to do is submit an RMA at www.ilok.com.


You'll be taken through an explanation of the available options and the steps you'll need to take.


If you don't have Theft and Loss Coverage (TLC), we'll need to replace your licences manually. We charge a lost licence fee of $10.00 per licence to cover administration and deposit costs.


If you need replacement licences, please create a support ticket, quoting the RMA reference number provided by PACE if you have one.
